Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service. The Delivery Driver will operate their car and be involved in loading and unloading freight.
Location
The Warehouse is located near Keele and Wilson
- $1.70 per parcel
- Pay is Bi-weekly
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods during transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries or concerns during deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in commercial driving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Previous experience in delivery and logistics is MANDATORY. Prior experience with the following companies UNI UNI, AMAZON FLEX, T-FORCE, FEDEX, PUROLATOR,TEMU DELIVERY would be a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- A Background check is required.
