We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate for one of our clients in North York. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs. You will engage with customers, promote products, and ensure a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Handle cashier duties accurately, processing transactions efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the shift.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone, providing assistance as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy work environment.
