Job Description
- Learning Management System Support & Reporting
- Provide comprehensive support for Learning Management Systems ensuring data accuracy and functionality.
- Generate and manage regular reports on learning activities, completions, and other relevant metrics.
- Admin Build, Tracking & Chargebacks for Learning Programs:
- Manage the administrative setup for learning programs, including participant enrollment, scheduling, and program tracking.
- Track learning program budgets and manage chargebacks to departments as needed.
- Compliance Communication Support:
- Assist in the communication and coordination of compliance-related learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and completion by relevant employees.
- Support tracking and reporting of compliance training participation.
- Nominations for Learning Programs:
- Manage the nomination process for Global Leadership Programs (GLP) and other strategic learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to ensure appropriate participants are selected for high-impact programs.
- Coordinate Learning Events:
- Plan and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning events, including workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Co-Design & Build Digital Programs:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to co-create and develop engaging digital learning programs.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of digital content within the LMS.
- Coordinate Local Translations of L&D Programs:
- Manage the process for translating learning and development programs to meet local market needs.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of translated content, working with translation vendors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field an asset
- Digital Program Design a strong asset
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance training and corporate learning programs is a plus.
