The Position:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for developing collaborative relationships with the Sales Executives of assigned accounts and assisting with the related administrative tasks.
A typical day will include:
- Serve as primary Customer Care contact for large strategic and national accounts
- Take ownership of customer needs and work internally on behalf of the customer
- Create and sending invoices
- Recognizing and resolving data entry errors
- Keeping things organized and tracking important information
What you need to succeed at RXO:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Pleasant and professional communication skills and phone etiquette
- A strong work ethic and internal motivation
- Results-oriented - you love to solve problems and make deals
- Tech Savvy - not afraid of new software and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
