The Position:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for developing collaborative relationships with the Sales Executives of assigned accounts and assisting with the related administrative tasks.

A typical day will include:

Serve as primary Customer Care contact for large strategic and national accounts
Take ownership of customer needs and work internally on behalf of the customer
Create and sending invoices
Recognizing and resolving data entry errors
Keeping things organized and tracking important information

What you need to succeed at RXO:

Previous experience in customer service
Pleasant and professional communication skills and phone etiquette
A strong work ethic and internal motivation
Results-oriented - you love to solve problems and make deals
Tech Savvy - not afraid of new software and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
