About The Role
We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator who will support the continued success of one of our newer HearCANADA hearing clinics in
Etobicoke, ON (31 Rexdale Blvd)! This
full-time, permanent opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills coupled with a keen interest in marketing and business development.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the clinic by delivering Best-in-Class customer service with the ability to match the client’s individual needs with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Participate in community marketing initiatives within Etobicoke on behalf of the clinic with the goal of fostering long-term community relationships and brand awareness
- Act as the key point of contact for clients visiting our clinics and for clients inquiring about our services via phone and email
- Check in clients for appointments, schedule and reschedule appointments, and conduct appointment and follow-up reminders
- Educate clients on payment options, trial periods, benefit submissions and direct-billing options, and provincial/federal funding programs for products and services
- Order clinic supplies and maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment
- Maintain client files (physical and electronic)
- Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting (PPE and training are provided)
What We Are Looking For
- Completion of secondary or equivalent is strongly preferred; equal consideration will be given to those with some secondary school education and relevant experience
- Completion of post-secondary schooling or relevant courses or certificates in sales, marketing, administration, customer service, or health care would be considered a definite asset
- A confident and energetic demeanour to attend marketing events and comfortability in networking and promoting our clinic offerings within the community
- Knowledge of the local community and health care landscape or direct experience with events or conferences would be a definite asset
- Comfortability with sales and sales targets; experience in retail would be a definite asset
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners
- Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
- Based on the nature of the role, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required as some localized travel will be required (mileage paid)
