Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a professional with experience in sales, marketing, or related fields and have a passion for AI, digital transformation, and Microsoft solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in CRM systems.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their challenges and present DataInvent’ s tailored solutions, including CRM/ERP systems and Construction Cloud.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with leads and existing customers.
- Analyze market trends, industry needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies like AI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to align on strategy and deliver client-centric proposals.
- Support sales strategies and participate in regular team meetings to achieve revenue goals.
- Track and report sales metrics, including leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within IT services, consulting, or related industries.
- Familiarity with AI, digital transformation strategies, and Microsoft solutions, including Dynamics 365.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions in a business context.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
