What does the role entail:
- Speaking with potential customers via phone call, building trust and rapport with each interaction
- Upselling a variety of products within the telecom sector, while still having a customer-focused approach making sure we get a win-win deal
- Participate in workshops that are focused on skill development, and geared to drive towards performance targets
- Working towards individual and team targets on a weekly, and monthly basis
