About the Role:
- We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and provide support on upcoming projects.
- The role involves working closely with vendors, tracking costs, and coordinating meetings with stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, preferably in a construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Upload vendor contracts
- Process invoice payments
- Track costs in spreadsheets
- Meet with vendors on site and schedule meetings with them
- Book meetings with large parties (stakeholders)
Skills:
- 3 years of experience with project coordination/Construction projects/budgeting
- Construction environment experience
- Experience in one of the big banks or a Real Estate company
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, JIRA
Day to day what are the responsibilities?

- Construction environment experience
- Comes from one of the big banks or a Real Estate company (e.g. GLW, Cadillac Fairview, Oxford Properties, CBRE)
- MS Office Suite
Plusses/education/certifications
- Project Management Certificate
- MS Project experience (this is tool they use, similar tools: Monday.com, Smartsheet, JIRA)
