Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a
Client Success Coordinator to join our team in
Ontario, Canada.
The successful candidate will responsible for operational execution of client programs including data governance, process changes, and on-site client support. Facilitating the connection between internal and external operational stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support Stewardship Review Process
- Ensure Compliance with Client Pricing/Procedures
- Implement strategic initiatives as directed.
- Develop recommendations and Improvements for within department and within the business.
- Client Onboarding/Offboarding
- Oversee and maintain key data reporting (ie time per file, revenue analysis, volume)
- Work with client and operations to clear roadblocks in operational projections
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree, in business administration or an insurance related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service, account management, or claims handling
- Knowledge of insurance is an asset
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Experience with specific client systems and handling instructions is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
