We are developing indication-specific digital therapeutic (DTx) solutions that integrate principles of neuroplasticity with evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Position Overview:
We seek a Post-Doctoral Fellow to advance our research on neuroplasticity and its application in digital therapeutics. The fellow will employ a multidisciplinary approach to assess, implement, and evaluate interventions aimed at fostering emotional balance and resilience. This position involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and provides opportunities for impactful research and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the application of neuroplasticity in digital therapeutics for anger management
- Design and execute studies to assess the impact of digital interventions on neural pathways and emotional regulation
- Analyze behavioral and digital data to refine and enhance the therapeutic platform
- Collaborate with game developers, mental health experts, and researchers
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences
- Assist in the development and evaluation of pilot studies and clinical trials
- Contribute to grant proposals and project development
Qualifications:
- PhD in Neuroscience, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related fields
- Strong interest in neuroplasticity and its application to digital therapeutics
- Experience with digital health technologies, CBT, or mindfulness techniques is advantageous
- Proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
