Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales growth. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing product lines, and enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, digital marketing, and product management, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage product development processes from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Maintain the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Design visually appealing marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage the company’s WordPress site, ensuring content is engaging and optimized for search engines.
