Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus
