Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors with a friendly face, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with essentials, from coffee supplies to office materials.
- Plan and organize weekly celebrations, making each one a memorable experience.
- Direct calls smoothly and professionally to the right team members.
- Coordinate with building management for any facility needs or issues.
- Set up new employees with the tech they need to hit the ground running.
- Ensure phones, conference rooms, and tech tools function seamlessly.
- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate logistics for smooth-running events and training sessions.
- Step in to assist with projects, travel reports, and quality control in the booking process
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in office administration or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and communicative.
- Proficiency with office software and basic tech troubleshooting.
- Trustworthy and professional in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
