Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance the functionality and usability of our products.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure designs align with our brand guidelines and user needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, with examples of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Based in Vancouver, BC.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
