Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious and visually appealing beverages for our patrons. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current drink menu and specials
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
