- Have experience in managing large software projects focused on modernizing legacy systems.
- Possess proficient knowledge of various software development lifecycles and project delivery processes (e.g., agile, waterfall).
- Excel at eliciting, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements using case diagrams, user stories, or process flows.
- Are proficient in using platforms like Jira and Azure.
- Have a good knowledge of core insurance concepts and principles.
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Have a four-year degree in a relevant field of study such as such as Business, Information Technology, Mathematics & Applied Science, or defined equivalency.
- Are a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), or have other industry-recognized designation/certification.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in business analysis.
