The successful candidate will help coordinate online and offline marketing initiatives, manage our website, and assist in increasing online sales through various channels.

- Have experience with photo editing tools (Canva, Photoshop), email marketing ( Mailchimp, Brezo), and social media platforms(LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Be comfortable managing and updating e-commerce websites, processing online orders, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:- E-Commerce & Website Management:
- Manage and update the DANINI website to ensure product listings, prices, and content are current and accurate.
- Process online orders and sales, coordinating with the fulfillment team to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Monitor website performance, track sales metrics, and optimize the user experience to increase conversions.
- Update product catalogs on the website, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media, emails, and the website, ensuring brand consistency.
- Write blog posts and marketing copy that align with brand messaging and drive customer engagement.
- Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Monitor online customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, payments, returns, and refunds, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Engage with potential leads from trade shows, follow up on inquiries, and assist in the lead conversion process.
- Provide customer support and feedback on product orders, inquiries, and issues to enhance the customer experience.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales events, both online and offline.
- Analyze marketing data and reports to optimize strategies, increase engagement, and track ROI on campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute seasonal sales promotions and online events.
- Administrative & Office Support:
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining customer records in QuickBooks, and managing product inventory data.
- Coordinate travel and event arrangements for marketing activities, including trade shows and product launches.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce management.
- Experience managing and updating e-commerce websites, processing online sales orders, and handling product updates.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools to create marketing assets and product images.
- Experience creating and managing email campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and digital marketing techniques.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Solid experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
