Metaguest - Junior Administrative Assistant

Compensation:
Starting salary from $40,000 - $50,000, based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, filing, and maintaining records to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between teams, handling correspondence and ensuring timely delivery of important updates.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain company databases and documents.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes as required.
- Office Organization: Help manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects and assignments as directed by the team.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role (internships included).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and office systems is a plus.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
