Position:Operations Coordinator
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Location:23011 Fraserwood Way
Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Operations Coordinator will provide critical administrative support to the Production team in areas such as Manpower Planning & Scheduling, Production Records, SOP Development, Training Coordination, and Attendance Management. Summ! Responsibilities:
- Daily review and verification of Finished Goods production and data entry into the Business Vision (BV) database.
- Collates, reviews, and organizes all daily production and packaging records required to meet regulatory requirements.
- Creates work orders and labels for Vegetable & Meat Prep process areas based on daily production schedule.
- Ensure a Safe Working environment for all employees through a variety of activities including, ensuring SOPs are updated, employees are trained on the written SOP, auditing SOPs against employee practices, developing and maintaining the Alchemy training program for SOPs.
- Scheduling production employees based on the planned production schedule and approving of employee timecards for each pay period.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Summ! Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Diploma or similar certification in Operations Management or related field preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Additional languages are an asset).
This full-time opportunity works at our 23011 Fraserwood Way location and offers a competitive salary range (based on experience) between $55,000 - $62,000 in addition to an attractive benefits package including Company paid Extended Health & Dental, RRSP Matching, Health Spending Account and more.
