They are seeking an 18-month Contract Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team of three, responsible for overseeing all accounts receivable and related administration for their North American operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts receivable function in a busy, high-volume environment. Key tasks include daily sales order billing, reviewing refunds, adjustments, payment reconciliations, and data entry.
The compensation package includes a generous base salary and a strong extended health benefits plan.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of AR Administration experience in high-volume AR-focused roles
- Some full-cycle accounting exposure would be an asset
- Exposure to accounting software or ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Intermediate Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, HLOOKUP’s, etc
- Proficiency in account reconciliations
- Excellent time management skills, self motivated
- Strong written & verbal communications skills
- High detail orientation
- Education requirement - Business Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Accounting Technician, other technical certifications considered
