Job Title: Receptionist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with office event coordination and meeting room scheduling.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures, including visitor sign-in and issuing badges.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or senior staff.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
