If that's you then join our team! Sika Canada is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Representative to join the Roofing team in the region of Central Canada (Ontario). Reporting to the reginoal sales manager of Roofing division, you will be responsible for sales of our products, providing technical services to our perspective customers, building relationships that drive loyalty and working for a company with a great culture that values you - and supports your success. You will be responsible for securing specifications of Sika Sarnafil products through technical consultation engagement with the construction & engineering communities, you will serve as a frontline representative of Sika Roofing products in the Ontario region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support sales
- Provide technical support to the roofing target market of Sika Canada Inc.
- Promote the technical expertise of Sika Sarnafil in the market place.

Qualifications
We are looking for:
- University or College degree with some experience in construction sales.
- 2 to 3 years of field experience in construction sales especially in roofing.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Are you willing to travel regularly, for internal meetings, training and customer events?
- Are you a self-driven and result oriented individual that enjoys building long lasting relationships focused on trust, professionalism and innovation?
WORKING CONDITIONS/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- All required safety training including WHMIS, confined space, working at heights
- Ability to lift up to or exceeding 20KG
- Uniform provided and follow industry standards for PPE relating to construction site.
- Required to travel and spend time in South/ West Ontario
- Must be able to travel on road within the assigned region
- Work hours are flexible; however, the ability to work additional hours as needed is required.
Vehicle/ Driver’s License Requirements
- Company vehicle provided.
- Must have valid driver’s license and comply with Sika Fleet Safety Policy requirements.
- Technical Sales Representatives has responsibility for prudent care and protection of company assets.
