About The Position
KARP Rehabilitation, a division of Lifemark Health Group, is currently offering full time community based Occupational Therapy positions. Practice areas include acute trauma, concussion/brain injury, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and mental health. Our office location offers sit-to-stand ergonomic work stations and full administration support with reception, report editing and accounting. There is flexibility to set your own schedule and hours, and work virtually.

KARP Rehabilitation offers multiple layers of support including clinical practice lead and peer mentorship. We support professional development through coaching and on-site mentorship as well as access to continuing education courses. Each mentorship plan is negotiated and collaboratively decided upon with the mentee. Responsibilities
Return to Work Support Services, including Job Demands Analysis, development of gradual RTW plans, and ergonomic assessments
Home assessments and equipment prescription
Head injury treatment and management
Hospital discharge
Case management, including communication and collaboration with health team members and funders
Maintenance of accurate clinical records
Independent caseload management/scheduling
Requirements
Master's in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
2-4 years of related experience; New Grads and entry level therapists are welcome to apply.
Good communication and report writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Continued learning through professional development
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
