- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods;
- Be ready and willing to assist busperson with clearing and resetting tables;
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment;
- Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them;
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise;
- Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions;
- Other duties as required;
- Ensuring that all service items are stocked (Cutlery, plates, napkins, glassware);
- Appropriate uniform and name badge to be worn at all times;
- Ensure accurate information is communicated at all time, keeping in mind personal preferences and/or dietary restriction or allergens;
- Assist other staff in their sections by helping where needed;
- Adhere to sanitation and safety control policies.
