As an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Analyst, you will ensure RBH compliance with applicable PMI Principles and Practices (P&Ps) for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) related topics; address and resolve customer billing and payment related issues and inquiries; collaborate with the Distribution, Shared Service Centre AR (SSC), Customer Master Data (CMD), Vendor Master Data (VMD) teams to resolve issues and action items; execute month- and year-end processes; and perform periodic customer/vendor validation and monitoring activities.
Primary Accountabilities
Account Receivable (AR) Activities:
Action and respond to customer inquiries in the Finance central mailbox in an accurate, timely, and customer centric manner.
Liaise with SSC and the business to ensure on a best-efforts basis that customer payments are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with PMI P&Ps and local practices.
Execute the Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) collection process by ensuring NSF items are actioned in a timely manner and seen through to collection.
Execute month-end and year-end AR related processes (e.g. ensure all goods issued have been billed, unbilled items have been accrued, block/unblock billing, etc.).
Support CMD process by assisting SSC CMD team liaise with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues and ensure systems reflect correct data.
Ad hoc activities as required by Supervisor or Manager.
Account Payable (P2P/AP) Activities
Execute cheque payment process and manage payments validation.
Ad hoc activities as required by Supervisor or Manager.
What We're looking for
Education
- University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting or Finance
Functional Skills
- Basic (intermediate preferred) understanding of accounting concepts
- Able to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple and competing time-sensitive priorities within a Shared Service Centre structure
- Intermediate analytical and Excel skills
- Able to demonstrate customer centricity by effectively managing internal and external customer expectations while firmly enforcing practices, policies, and procedures.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
- Able to work well in team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Software And Tool Knowledges
Work Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an AP and AR role in a medium/large organization with complex processes. Preference for experience working within a Shared Service Centre model.

For this position the salary range is between $73,740 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
