Duties
- Stay current with Stallion Express services and industry trends to clearly articulate our value proposition to clients.
- Engage Canadian brands in meaningful discussions, offering tailored solutions that align with their specific needs and expectations.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Take a proactive approach by making outbound calls to prospective clients, offering demo calls, building strong relationships, and smoothly guiding them through our dashboard with a personalized demo.
- Convert potential leads into long-term strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with clients to customize solutions that meet their requirements while driving company revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing their account; addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction after they come on board.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to lead generation and onboarding initiatives.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate effectively to drive sales success and create innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or eCommerce industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cold call and qualify quality leads.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, flexible nature, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Able to commute and travel to meet with clients as needed.
