We are seeking a Project Administrator.
Description Of Responsibilities
SRK is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Vancouver office. This role will be supporting the Canada Geoenvironmental (CAGE) Project Coordinator group with general business unit and project administrative tasks.
Duties - H&S: update and maintain CAGE employee H&S records, coordinate H&S training/requirements for staff
- Contract management: fill out contracts, uploading and filing contracts, maintain CAGE contract compliance
- Opening project and proposal numbers
- Document and Quality Control: organize SharePoint folders, filing of documents to SharePoint, liase with the North America QMS Coordinator.
- Manage the proposal toolbox / marketing support, including:
- Coordinating with data services to create project descriptions
- Updating staff resumes
- Creation of SOQs
- Assistance with organizing field programs, including:
- Ordering of supplies
- Managing PPE inventory
- Event planning support: coordinating orders for staff gifts, organizing bookings and catering for events
Essential Requirements
- Intermediate Excel, Word, SharePoint and Outlook skills
- Team player and willingness to work in a team setting
- Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
