We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Part-time Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our smart parking management system solutions to potential clients in the Greater Vancouver Area and other area.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients including parking lot operators, managers of commercial building, shopping malls, residential buildings, transportation hubs, etc.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the technology or parking management industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area.
