Our Member Experience Coordinator will jump right in and play a supporting role in our next phase of growth.
The Member Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This position involves orchestrating seamless arrivals, stays, and departures, while acting behind the scenes to engage members with the diverse services we offer. Knowing intuitively that EVERY interaction matters, combined with great energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn will set you on a path toward success!

- First Impressions and Member Services: Your friendly face is the first our members and guests will encounter when they arrive at And-Co! As Member Experience Coordinator, your primary focus will be on welcoming members and guests with warmth and professionalism. You’ll greet visitors, assist with check-ins, and ensure they feel comfortable and valued. You will also be responsible for reception of deliveries, mail, virtual mail, and general member service queries.
- Reservation Assistance: You’ll learn the ropes of managing reservations. This includes handling space bookings, managing adjustments, and ensuring accurate guest information.
- Facility Readiness, Preparation and Maintenance: You will play a crucial role in preparing meeting rooms, common work areas, shared & event spaces. You’ll help ensure spaces stayed tidy, restock supplies, and report any maintenance issues.
- Technical Support: We have integrated technology that encourages and enables a productive and collaborative work environment, whether experienced in-person or virtually. Your technical savvy will allow you to troubleshoot anything from meeting room and event AV to shared printers, and Wi-Fi access.
- Event Support: While you won’t be organizing large-scale events initially, you will assist with event logistics and coordination. This will involve setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, moving and setting up furnishings and technical equipment. Supporting your team, ensuring everything runs smoothly makes you feel good and accomplished.
- Problem Solving: As issues arise, you will learn to address them promptly. Whether it’s a guest request or a minor problem, your resourcefulness and ability to find solutions will be essential.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with events, marketing, housekeeping, maintenance, and other team members, preferred partners, and vendors.
- Attention to Detail: Paying attention to the small details—like ensuring fresh guest amenities and clean surfaces—will contribute to member satisfaction.
- Social Media & Marketing Assistance Collaborate to execute social media, marketing tasks, update and optimize pages, brainstorm creative ideas, research trends, and update performance reports while creating engaging content on Social Media platforms, visuals, and videos. Optimize posts for search engine keywords and adapt content based on feedback.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from members and use it to improve services. Your insights matter, and your ability to successfully implement changes to enhance their overall experience is key.

Remuneration:
- Incentive-based comp will be tied to base salary
- Wellness will be $2,000 participation in Arpeg’s Enhanced Health and Dental Benefit plan, supporting self-directed health.
