Our client is a specialist IT staffing business that recruits technical staff for some of the biggest software companies, systems integrators, and technology consulting firms in the country. They're looking for an experienced technology recruiter to recruit technical professionals for ERP projects across Canada.
As an ERP recruitment specialist within a well-established boutique firm, you'll work on requisitions with some of the highest average contractor pay rates and margins in the industry. You'll be working on high-quality searches managed by a client services team with strong track records and professional networks in technology consulting so your candidates will be well-represented directly to hiring managers.
The company's reputation for technical expertise will help open doors for you with . Our client recruits for a handful of key technologies and platforms so they've been able to build a thorough database of vetted, relevant candidates. We're looking for a professional and articulate recruiter to build on that success and actively network and headhunt technical specialists with expertise in systems like Oracle, SAP, and D365.
As a member of the specialist ERP recruiting team you'll need to be up-to-date with the commercial landscape and the employment outlook for relevant technical talent. You should be comfortable meeting potential candidates in professional settings like networking events or technical conferences.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid position based in the North York office. You'll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions on every placement you make for a minimum first-year OTE of $90,000–$110,000. Requirements
- 3+ years of recent experience actively headhunting permanent and contract technical professionals
- 2+ years of recent experience as a specialist ERP recruiter
- Must understand the key platforms, project life-cycles, and technical functions in ERP project staffing and how they fit together
- Must be independently legally authorized to work in Canada
