Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Italian Luxury Travel Advisor at Into the Vineyard. Responsibilities include organizing travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, and effective communication. The role is based in Vancouver, with flexibility for some remote work. As a savvy sales professional with a gift for listening and sharing your region's expertise, you are focused on qualifying leads and securing sales. You work with clients from inquiry through to itinerary confirmation and trip deposit. Your areas of major responsibility are;
Qualifications
Sales
- Proactively follow up with all leads by answering email and phone enquiries politely, promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer communications
- Ensure that all sales conversations are on brand and a seamless representation of the ITV experience
- Achieve a high level of client service at all stages of the process to encourage repeat business
- Make recommendations for process, procedure and technology improvements
- Collaborate with the Sales Managers/Directors to track sales, hit targets, accurately track metrics and regularly report on sales progress/conversion rates
- Enthusiastically support all marketing initiatives to help generate a steady flow of sales conversations for the business
- Regularly review past potentials/unconverted leads to encourage new sales
- Customer Service, Communication, and Travel Arrangements skills
- Experience in a bespoke Tour Operator setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of luxury travel trends and destinations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in Italian is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
