The Role
This position is responsible for overall administrative support for the Broker Origination sales teams. This role is primarily responsible for completing new broker registrations and maintenance of existing broker data. Other duties include broker portal login creations, broker portal maintenance, marketing campaigns, maintaining Salesforce information, and reporting for the Broker Origination Sales teams. Additionally, the role is responsible for advising appropriate departments/teams to update rates for all systems, and deploying rate change notices to brokers
- Manage new broker registration process
- Manage new broker portal account set ups
- Triage deals not ingested and notify Sales accordingly
- Troubleshoot broker portal inquiries and password resets via Sales teams.
- Manage Acceleration/Deceleration of broker status (liaison with VP, Sales, Directors, Sales, FIU, OPS, and Underwriting)
- Work with Sales team to manage broker info changes (update all impacted systems)
- Maintain and update broker contact information in enterprise underwriting system and Salesforce
- Provide support on promotions and reports as required by VP Sales, Directors of Sales, Underwriting, and BIE
- Rate Change Process
- Operate as a liaison to the Operations, FIU, Finance, IT, and Sales teams with any issues or requests relating to brokers
- Assist in daily uploads to Salesforce
- Deployment and coordination of Marketing campaigns and communication to brokers
- Project coordination for special Sales, Operational, & Strategic initiatives
- Ongoing maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) process documents
What You Bring To The Team
- 3 years office and mortgage experience
- 2 years or more client facing experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to foster relationships
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Carries out duties with integrity and takes responsibility for actions
- Strong Marketing and/or Customer Loyalty understanding
- University Degree/College Diploma preferred
