Farmboy Fine Arts is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator for a 6-month contract (with option to extend).

The role:
The Sales Coordinator will act as a liaison between Farmboy’s sales representatives and management, ensuring that all sales activities run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include driving revenue generation, supporting the sales team, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. The primary goal of the Sales Coordinator is to facilitate the team's efforts to maximize performance and contribute to the company's long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a highly organized multi-tasker who can wear many hats, is adaptable, self-sufficient, and pro-active – a jack of all trades and naturally customer success oriented.
Experience Required: 2+ years in a sales, customer success or administrative role
Salary Range: $45-$55K/yr (pro-rated for 6 month term)

What you do:
- Boost sales effectiveness and productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring sales materials are up-to-date.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior leadership team.
- Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities is maintained to meet sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads and opportunities, developing and maintaining sales reports.
- Arrange for distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team generate business leads.
- Monitor and source new sales opportunities through key incoming lead channels (i.e., website, lead forms, sales inbox, phone calls).
- Respond to general sales and customer inquiries, or direct to the appropriate party, as required.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team including client communications, meeting coordination and travel arrangement coordination.
Your skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency using a CRM system (experience using Salesforce is strongly preferred).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
