We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for a student in their third or fourth year of bachelor's studies, particularly in marketing, business, or a related field. We are not looking for a seasoned professional. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a passion for digital marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth, with the potential to evolve into a full-time Google Ads Manager role, as we aim to share our extensive knowledge and expertise with the right individual.
Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Download, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources, including Google Ads and other platforms.
- Create and maintain Excel sheets to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and other data analysis tools to find insights and solutions.
- Google Ads Management:
- Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts by updating ad copy, headlines, and keywords.
- Download and interpret reports from Google Ads to support decision-making.
- Help in restructuring and organizing accounts to improve campaign performance.
- Franchisee Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for franchisees, ensuring clear communication regarding necessary documents, updates, and deadlines.
- Maintain an organized calendar to track submissions, deadlines, and other key dates.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accurately filed.
- Google Ads Support Interaction:
- Handle communication with Google Ads support for various tasks, such as business verification, credit card updates, and other account-related issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of support tickets.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Must be skilled in using advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis tools.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with franchisees and Google Ads support, both in written and verbal formats.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage reports, documents, and calendars effectively.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to 20 hours per week on a part-time basis.
Nice to Have:- Experience with Digital Marketing: Prior experience in digital marketing is a plus.
