Responsibilities:
- Handling front of house duties including greeting clients and answering and redirecting calls
- Maintaining cleanliness and stock of office services, kitchen, and boardrooms
- Sending, receiving, processing, and distributing mail
- Managing meeting room and catering requests
- Printing, scanning, and copying documents
- Assisting with monthly client billing cycle
- Liaise with building facilities on matters related to maintenance and office access
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience working in an administrative capacity within a professional services environment
- Technical proficiency including proven knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
