The Role: B2B Sales Associate (In-Person) We are searching for ambitious individuals ready to lead by example. As a Business Account Specialist, you will be pivotal in delivering the brand experience our customers expect, driving results, and educating them on our array of programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, quote prices, and place orders.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Track booking statuses and accurately enter bookings.
- Address customer inquiries regarding pricing and training availability, and follow up on payments.
- Emphasize and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Navigate and update various online tools and applications simultaneously.
- Stay informed about all company communications, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current technology trends.
- Provide top-notch service that exceeds customer expectations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Prior call center and customer retention experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in building customer relationships over the phone.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to engage well with diverse personalities.
- Proficient multitasking abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Flexibility in working varying shifts or additional hours.
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing time efficiently.
