Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will support various HR Functions within the People Team including: International Talent, Engagement, Health and Safety, Talent, as well as other HR administrative duties as required. As a Coordinator, the role is to assist the HR team in achieving the People Mandate and complete tasks and objectives throughout the year. As an entry level role, the HR Coordinator will grow and expand their experience and gain exposure to a variety of HR related matters and includes being part of strategic planning and execution of company initiatives.
What you will do in this role:
- Assist with the creation and processing of employee documents (new hire, job changes, terminations, employment letters, etc.)
- Generate reports for HR team
- Update internal dashboards
- Support with new content creation and updates for internal HR sites
- Support with company policy updates
- Coordinate employee training
- Support with administration of engagement programs
- Support with employee survey administration
- Support with in-office event planning and execution
- Support with third-party vendor management (invoicing, etc.)
- Assist with completing compliance audits and follow up actions
- Coordinate employee/candidate accommodations, flights and settlement
- Schedule candidate interviews and meetings with internal/external stakeholders
- Other administrative duties, as required
What we are looking for from you:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-2 years experience in HR
- Working knowledge of Google sheets\document,Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred
- Fast-learner and able to work with different systems
- Ability to prioritize and organize time effectively to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information and issues with tact and diplomacy
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Creative thinking
- Strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
