About The Role
The
Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for Sterling Brokers' clients. This position is responsible for managing & maintaining client and carrier data, facilitating technical setups, and driving successful client implementations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and carrier partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a seamless transition for new and renewing clients.

What You'll Do
- Project Manage Client Implementations: Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from initiation to completion.
- Facilitate Kick-Off Meetings: Lead client implementation kick-off calls to align expectations, gather required information, and establish next steps.
- Validate Onboarding Documentation: Review client documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Carrier & Platform Setup:
- Prepare and submit implementation forms to carrier partners.
- Ensure proper setup of new clients and plan members within Sterling proprietary benefits management platform: SCBConnect and carrier platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the liaison between internal teams (Operations, Sales, Systems, and Carrier Relations) and external stakeholders.
- Address and resolve carrier-related onboarding requests.
- Data & Process Integrity:
- Conduct data audits and validation to ensure accuracy in system setups.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Group Benefits or a related industry preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills; experience working with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) required.
