Our studio has qualified instructors, large studios, and ample parking. We provide classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Acro, Aerial Silks, and Kinderdance for children ages 2 to 18 years.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Adminstrator at Innovative Rhythm Dance Studios located in Etobicoke, ON. The Administrator will be responsible managing studio social media, the rental department and assisting with coordinating events. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills, organization, and time management
- Social Media experience-content creation and brand management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with event coordination and schedule management
- Proficiency in canva, excel and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous experience in a dance studio or performing arts environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
