Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Employ effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or orders over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge of products to assist customers confidently.
- A proactive approach to upselling and enhancing the customer shopping experience is essential.
