Sales Executive
We're on the hunt for a talented Sales professional to dive into the fast-paced world of agency recruitment. This role spans full-cycle sales, from driving business development, cold calling, emailing, and prospecting, to nurturing existing accounts and driving value with C-suite stakeholders. This is a REMOTE position operating on PT hours, with monthly office days.
To thrive in this position, we are looking for a proven track record in closing deals, building a robust pipeline, writing compelling messaging, and the ability to engage with C-suite decision-makers. This is a high-growth opportunity that focuses on landing new accounts, building engagement around our business, and making an impact at Magna which will open doors to new opportunities down the road!
If you are an 'ace' at objection handling, booking meetings on first call, and landing net new accounts - then you are made for this role!
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through cold calling, emailing, prospecting, and landing new accounts
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to engage with C-level stakeholders
- Work with our tech stack to nurture leads and manage accounts and follow-ups
- Prospect for new leads and hunt for net new business within our client verticals
- Stay on top of industry trends and conduct market research to shape outreach strategy
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue goals through new meetings booked
- Collaborate with marketing on new social media outreach campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Can showcase your sales results and track record
- Experience with KPIs and Quotas - hitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- C-Suite sales experience (any industry we are open to) you must have managed the process from "order to cash" and can walk us through your process!
- Tech savvy and able to learn different platforms, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong administration skills and exceptionally organized
- Skilled at asking the right discovery questions to uncover needs and customer pain points
- A high level of professionalism, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit
Compensation:
Salary/Draw: $60-80K + Uncapped Commission
