What You Will Do
Reporting to the Manager, ETS Testing Services, the Credential Testing Specialist is responsible for the coordination of all customer service and administration functions related to the administering of credential testing, special continuing education, or training projects for external clients of the Education & Training Solutions department. The incumbent will work with external service providers scheduling virtual proctoring services, test dates, and liaising with Test Centre locations/proctors throughout the province. The incumbent is also responsible for responding to all inquiries (calls/emails), uploading candidate exam information to the LMS/CRM, reviewing candidate accommodation requests and appeals, verifying and processing paper-based exams, and daily/weekly/monthly monitoring. The incumbent will also reconcile the department’s financial (CRM/Moneris) transactions to Humber Finance (Banner 9) and ensure all revenues are tracked, monitor the web portal to ensure all information is up to date, and execute confidential reports to Education & Training Solutions department.

Education
The successful candidate will possess a 2-year diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent.
Experience/Skills
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of practical experience which demonstrates the following:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize amongst critical deadlines and constant interruptions
- Sound judgement under pressure demonstrating tact and diplomacy - Excellent customer services skills - Strong verbal, listening and highly developed writing skills
- Great attention to details and accuracy - Intermediate level computer aptitude in a variety of software programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Email, CRM, Examity, Blackboard, Moneris)
- Must have work schedule flexibility as this position requires an evening shift - Must be confidential and discrete working with confidential test results and special accommodation requests
