Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Oakdale Child & Family Service Inc. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. The role will also involve providing executive administrative assistance and performing clerical tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Experience with phone etiquette and effective communication
- Knowledge of executive administrative assistance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the healthcare or social services industry is a plus
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
- Payroll (ADP) and acoounting software (Sage50) experience would be as asset
