Weston Ford is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Yorkdale Ford as a Part-time Receptionist.
Location: 3130 Duffern St, Toronto, Ontario M6A 2S6.
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed.
Here's What you'll deliver:
Sales
- Complete the process for New & Used vehicle Stocking, Dealer Trades. Activities include:
- Creating stock stickers for lot.
- Assigning stock #m key tags a
- Input Vehicle descriptions in Boost.
- Coordinate with Lot manager to maintain online inventory (Lead box, Autotrader)
- Coordinate with Lot Manager to prepare preowned and As-Is vehicle list
- Coordinate with Lot Manager to arrange transportation all auction purchase
- Send daily sales calls/traffic logs to GM
- Send next day delivery report to GM (in coordination with Detail Manager & Lot Manager)
- Prepare next day license list
Parts/Service
- Redirect incoming calls in a timely manner
- Collect the contact information of all unattended parts & service calls
- Follow up service client with an update of vehicle status
- Coordinate with service dept for after hour service pick up
Administration:
- After delivery follow up calls and report to GM
- Prepare weekly meeting agenda’ at GM’s direction
- Prepare Saturday appointment list and send to GM
- Sanitize customer lounge and keep a log
- Sanitize front desk area and keep a log
- Organize and deliver and coordinate with couriers
- Work with accounting department in coordination with Controller
- Answer and direct phone calls in a prompt and friendly manner
- Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Assist and support General Manager with additional related duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in an administrative position.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or previous experience working in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance many projects at once.
- Results-oriented with perseverance to bring projects to completion by the deadline.
- Has an eye for detail and understands how to be a taskmaster.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage a difficult situation.
- Proven experience working with management systems, such as 180.
- Takes initiative to execute tasks but is also motivated in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with different groups.
- Ability to work under pressure and to remain calm and always act professional.
