What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Team: Supervise staff, deliver high-quality customer service, and maintain smooth store operations.
- Engage with Customers: Assist customers with inquiries and/or concerns, returns, and purchases while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Collaborate with Licensed Producers (LPs): Communicate essential updates and product information to the Store Manager.
- Ensure Compliance: Enforce age verification, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure adherence to store policies.
- Keep the Store Pristine: Maintain an organized, welcoming store appearance and ensure product displays are up-to-date.
- Opening & Closing Duties: Manage daily operations such as cash handling, security, and preparation for the next day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 19+ years old.
- Completion of Provincial Responsible Service Training (Selling It Right).
- Strong communication skills to connect with customers and guide team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to interpret product and compliance documents (e.g., COAs, sell sheets).
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing top-notch service.
- Willing to work in a high-demand environment
- Has RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN CANNABIS ENVIRONMENT
Working Conditions:
- Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Open availabilities: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable handling regulatory visits and compliance-related responsibilities.
