Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid work
Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home
Pay Range: $44,700 - $55,100; pay is dependent on school program, year of study and related experience
Duration: Four (4) months, May 5, 2025 – August 22, 2025
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F
Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Brand Product Education Co-op Student, you are a passionate product storyteller, a detailed product communicator for everything product education driven for the brand. You will play a role in executing our product inspired missions, the product solves, and how all products support that vision through multi-channel programs related to best-in-class education, along with the implementation of the annual programming calendar to ultimately drive product adoption as well as elevate and strengthen our positioning in the marketplace.
This is an equal part, operational and executional role. The right candidate is obsessed with product detail and exercises exceptional communication skills, able to execute plans across multiple teams, projects, and priorities effectively.
Reporting to the Director, Brand Product Education this function will play a pivotal role working across the organization to build accurate assets supporting product knowledge. This role is assisting in driving product education content and assets to engage all departments through design, product, brand and commercial.

The Brand Marketing team is the direct connection between the guest and the core intention of the Arc’teryx brand. We specialize in storytelling and incredible experiences. Our functions include brand management, brand creative, athletes/ambassador's programs, community, experiences, operations, communications, regional teams, and agency partners. If you were the Brand Product Education Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:- Assisting in the creation, development, and execution of all product education content, assets, and programs at Arc’teryx
- Striving for best-in-class assets including authenticity in the outdoors and endemic language, imagery, and adjacent gear and accessories – you must know product
- Supporting the Brand Product Education Manager in owning and managing a small portfolio of content for Brand Product Education team as well as support with other portfolios
- Working closely with Design and Merch teams to understand design goals and partner in building product education content
- Assisting the retail training teams to bring product stories and technology to life for DtC channels online and at retail
- Shadowing Brand Product Education Specialists with the brand marketing team on design and merch work groups. This will require interaction with designers, merchants, subject matter experts, and leaders across the organization
- Creating accurate Product assets for internal education channels, stage gates and delivery of product education assets for sell in and sell through
- Partnering with the creative studio, external agencies, and internal teams to develop and implement channel specific creative and content
- Thinking creatively, understanding the role of content in informing marketing and programs, forging strong relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborates effectively with teams
- Keeping up-to-date and implement industry best practices and technology to drive knowledge sharing and engagement
- Partnering with the Brand Product Education Specialists to develop metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of product education initiatives
Here are some of the things you will learn by the end of your Co-Op placement:- You’ll be able to support a brand team focusing on Brand Product Education assets and deliverables
- You’ll learn to work cross functionally within multiple teams including Product line management, merchants, commercial partners brand and marketing as well as design creating an understanding of Product creation to brand story telling
- You’ll be familiar with a Go to Market Calendar and understand various stage gates – what goes into a stage gate and what comes out
- You’ll gain an understanding of hierarchy of message and content when it comes to product, keeping it authentic to the brand and tailoring the same message for a guest in store
Are you our next Brand Product Education Co-Op Student?- You are enrolled as a 4th year or post grad in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design or a related field from an accredited university
- You have 1+ years of related experience, preferably in at a brand, creative agency or apparel marketing
- You are an excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management
- You are a natural networker and an inspiring story teller for all teams building product and product initiatives
- You have a baseline understanding of key franchises, innovations, categories
- You are self motivated and proactive; continuously looking to bring new opportunities and ideas to the table
- You have a basic understanding of content and marketing channels
- You are a detail-oriented with the ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- You have a genuine passion for the outdoors, apparel and fashion industry
