Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
Annual Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 based on experience
COBS Bread is looking for a
Marketing Coordinator for our Downtown Vancouver Support office. This role will be responsible for support in various areas such as group marketing, product marketing, omni-channel marketing, local campaign, local omni-channel, and other tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support Marketing timelines to ensure key milestones are met for campaigns
- Deliver effective national (group) omni-channel marketing campaigns by supporting budgets, creative reviews and artwork sign-off, POS offers, etc.
- Deliver effective national product trials and launches
- Deliver effective local marketing campaigns
- Update and support GTM calendar
- Support Franchisees in any local marketing efforts
- Support the delivery of various marketing programs and initiatives including Marketing Inboxes, company Portal, marketing surveys, online research, meetings/presentation set-up, marketing projects, etc.,
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, Advertising or equivalent completed or in progress
- Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing in a retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Well-organized and highly motivated to take initiative and demonstrate proactivity
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Franchise industry experience an asset
