Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Associate will play a key role in procurement of our product and maintaining optimal inventory levels. If you have a knack for organization and logistics and a passion for delivering excellence, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create purchase orders with vendors and update them after final invoices are issued.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock availability
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare reports on inventory, shipping, and procurement metrics on a monthly basis.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing new candy products or packaging solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain or delivery issues quickly and effectively.
- Photograph products for website listings.
- Managing expiration dates of products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain software or inventory management tools.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for candy, gifting, or delivering delightful customer experiences is a plus!
