PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a full time permanent Inventory Control Analyst to support its manufacturing operations.
Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
The Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for collecting inventory, as well as managing, identifying, and analyzing discrepancies. Will also develop and improve inventory control systems, maintain detailed records of transactions, and verify inventory counts from the warehouse and production floor. The analyst will also develop and write reports for management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for SMT and manual assembly cycle counts and discrepancy adjustments.
- Utilize D365, product smart racks, and alternate methods to determine product storage locations which will lead to improve efficiency.
- Analyze MRP and determine material availability according to production schedule based on firm orders and finish good Kanban levels.
- Participate in system transition from Parts-in-Place to D365 ERP.
- Analyze and compare BOM requirements with system inventory information.
- Expedite the daily flow of all job orders to include components receiving, labeling, locating and timely backflushing.
- Resolve transfer order issues between PFC sub inventories.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience working in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry desired.
- Must have ability to work in a team environment and willing to cross-train.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in the business language (English).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
- Must be available and flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency working with computers and MS office programs desired.
